Meet Nor Laili
Master of ABA candidate, Monash University · CBA candidate
I've spent more than 9 years supporting children and young people with disability — as a volunteer, a teacher and a support worker, from preschool right through school.
I've worked as an ABA therapist in clinic, community, school and home settings, in both Indonesia and Australia. Seeing how differently families live taught me that good support has to fit real life.
I'm now in the final semester of my Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University, and I'm a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) candidate. I combine ABA with Positive Behaviour Support.
I believe therapy should feel safe, fun and meaningful for your child — and practical for your family.
Clinical supervision
Every program is reviewed in regular supervision with a BCBA. Supervision is standard good practice in behaviour analysis — it means your child's program gets an extra experienced set of eyes.
My values
Respect & assent first
If your child says no, we listen and adjust. Therapy should feel safe.
Family partnership
You know your child best. Goals are chosen with you, not for you.
Real-life skills over compliance
We focus on skills that make everyday life easier, never compliance for its own sake.
Honest, transparent communication
Plain English, clear updates, and honest answers — even when it's “we're not the right fit”.
