Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Melbourne ABA Services handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Contact details (name, phone, email, suburb); information about your child that you choose to share (such as age, funding type and your message); website analytics; and advertising click IDs (such as Google's gclid) and campaign details when you arrive from an ad.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, work out whether we can help, arrange services, and understand which of our ads and pages help families find us.

How it's stored and protected

Information is stored securely with access limited to our team. We keep it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.

We never sell personal information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with your consent or where required by law.

Cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads

Only after you accept cookies, we use Google Ads (and Google Analytics when enabled) to measure visits, contact clicks and successful forms, and optimise advertising. Google receives cookie and device identifiers, page and campaign details, and those actions. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, or information entered in enquiry or referral forms to Google. If you choose Decline, these tags and events are blocked. Use Cookie settings in the footer to withdraw or change your choice at any time. Your browser stores your choices, the date and the notice you saw, including earlier acceptance when you later withdraw.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
