Self-managed NDIS
You pay our invoice and claim from your plan — we provide clear invoices with everything you need.
Plan-managed NDIS
We invoice your plan manager directly.
Self-funded
Pay per invoice, no lock-in contracts.
We're not able to support NDIA-managed (agency-managed) plans at this time.
Cancellation policy
We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel a session — we know life with kids happens, so just let us know as early as you can. No lock-in contracts.
Changes to the NDIS & Thriving Kids
The Australian Government's Thriving Kids program is for children 8 and under with developmental delay and/or autism with low to moderate support needs. It began rolling out from October 2026, and changes to NDIS access for this group are planned from 1 January 2028. Children currently on the NDIS continue to be supported. We're happy to talk through what this might mean for your family.
